Thank you for shopping with Trelanto. This page explains the payment methods we currently accept, our payment confirmation rules, available delivery methods, and local pickup arrangements.

This policy applies to orders placed through the Trelanto website. The specific payment methods, delivery charges, and available delivery options are determined by the information shown at checkout or otherwise confirmed by us.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Interac e-Transfer;

• PayPal;

• Cash payment, only for confirmed local pickup orders.

We do not currently accept direct credit card payments. If we add credit cards or other payment methods in the future, we will update the information on our website.

2. Interac e-Transfer Payments

Customers in Canada may pay using Interac e-Transfer.

Please follow the payment instructions shown at checkout or provided by us, and include your order number in the payment message so that we can match the payment to your order.

We will begin processing the order after the payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Order processing may be delayed if the payment amount is incorrect, the payment cannot be matched to the order, or the payment has not been successfully received.

3. Interac e-Transfer Payment Discount

Where an order qualifies, customers may choose to pay by Interac e-Transfer and receive the applicable discount.

This discount applies only when the Interac e-Transfer payment has been completed in advance and confirmed as received before the order is processed or collected locally.

An order paid in advance by confirmed Interac e-Transfer may be delivered or collected through an arranged local pickup. Choosing local pickup does not affect an eligible Interac e-Transfer payment discount.

Interac e-Transfer payments completed at the pickup location generally do not qualify for the discount. Cash payments, PayPal payments, and other payment methods do not qualify for the Interac e-Transfer payment discount.

4. PayPal Payments

You may also pay using PayPal. PayPal payments must be completed according to the instructions shown at checkout or provided by us.

We will begin processing the order after the PayPal payment has been successfully confirmed.

PayPal payments do not qualify for the Interac e-Transfer payment discount.

5. Local Pickup and Cash Payments

Local pickup may be available for certain local orders. Pickup arrangements must be confirmed with us in advance, including the pickup time, location, and order status.

Local pickup orders may be paid using the following methods:

• Interac e-Transfer completed in advance;

• PayPal;

• Cash payment.

Cash payments are available only for confirmed local pickup orders. When paying in cash, please bring the exact amount shown in the order confirmation. We generally do not provide change.

Cash payments do not qualify for the Interac e-Transfer payment discount. To receive an eligible Interac e-Transfer discount, the payment must be completed in advance and confirmed before pickup.

For the safety of both parties, we do not accept unconfirmed walk-in pickups.

6. Order Processing and Payment Confirmation

Orders are generally processed only after payment has been confirmed.

If a payment is incomplete, unsuccessful, incorrect, or cannot be verified, we may place the order on hold or cancel it.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of inventory, delivery, payment, or another reasonable issue, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled portion.

7. Delivery Methods and Charges

We arrange delivery based on the order address, the products ordered, and the information displayed at checkout.

Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds, estimated delivery times, and available delivery methods are determined by the information displayed at checkout.

Where an order qualifies for free delivery, the system or our confirmation will apply the relevant rules. Whether an order continues to qualify for free delivery after a partial return will be determined in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

8. Delivery Times

We make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders within an appropriate period. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Actual delivery times may be affected by the delivery service provider, weather, holidays, address information, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to a delivery service provider, delivery delays may not be entirely within our control.

9. Delivery Information

When placing an order, please provide truthful, accurate, and complete delivery information, including the recipient’s name, address, email address, and any necessary telephone number.

You may be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information or our inability to contact you, including delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional charges.

10. Payment Security Notice

Please complete payments only through our website, our official contact channels, or payment information confirmed by us.

Do not click payment, delivery, or verification links sent by unknown persons. We will not ask you to provide banking passwords, credit card information, or other sensitive information through an unfamiliar link.
